601 Serie Blue Maduro
The 601 series from Espinosa Premium Cigars is like a right of passage for cigar enthusiasts on their journey to tobacco enlightenment. At the core of the collection lies the beloved 601 Blue Label Maduro, quick to stand out in any humidor due to its classic band and alluring maduro wrapper.
The cigars are crafted for Espinosa by Master Blender A.J. Fernández at his boutique-minded San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua. Working closely with the Espinosa blending team, the cigars make use of Fernández's own Nicaraguan tobaccos throughout the binder and filler. This solid foundation is then finished with an especially dark and toothy Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper. The end result is a smoking experience that is practically synonymous with the term maduro itself in today's premium cigar environment. This is a near-full-bodied smoking experience that caters more to flavor than strength, showing gritty characteristics of sweet earth, black pepper, oak, dark cocoa, mocha, and stone fruit through the finish.
