Crowned Heads Mil Dias
The Crowned Heads brand has been on fire over the last few years. Just like a great rock band, Crowned Heads seems to churn out hit after hit. Crowned Heads has been successful since the very beginning, but things really ramped up after teaming up with A.C.E. Prime in recent years. The first cigar that Crowned Heads produced at A.C.E. Prime's Tabacalera Pichardo factory was the Juarez, and it was met with much fanfare. Mil Días was the next major project to come out of that factory, and it has proved to be even more successful.
Mil Días translates to 1,000 Days—a reference to the time spent bringing this cigar to life. Don Eradio Pichardo and Luciano Meirelles (of A.C.E. Prime) presented the initial blend to Hubar back in 2017, and that led to a three-year odyssey of blending and experimenting. The end result is a cigar that has since been lauded as the best Crowned Heads cigar on the market.
Mil Días consists of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and diverse filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Peru, and Costa Rica. These tobaccos bring a beautifully balanced smoke, with a metric ton of flavor! Your palate will be on overload, with notes of roasted peanuts, sweet nougat, oatmeal, white pepper, and cabinet spices. Simply put, Mil Días belongs in your humidor.

From the first one i smoked i knew i would have a cigar to add to the list of must haves. Its not the type of blend i prefer but the performance and flavor were great! I smoke fast so it lasted a little more than an hour. The smoke is smooth and easy to retrohale. It's not overbearing with the nicotine either so I would absolutely smoke one before lunch and recommend it to anyone!

I love the fruity, complex, and nuanced notes of this cigar (especially the Sublime) and the Peruvian and Costa Rican tobaccos in the filler are just delightful. This is a frequent morning cigar for me.
