ADVentura Queens Pearls

While the majority of premium cigars—especially those in the boutique space—now come out of Nicaragua, the Ventura family and their Tabacalera William Ventura factory have become a go-to destination for boutique-minded Dominican cigars. This includes contemporary names such as Room101, Caldwell, and La Barba.

ADV & McKay Cigars Co. can now be added to that list, with Henderson Ventura and Marcel Knobel combining to create a craft brand themed around exploration. This concept plays out through multiple cigars/chapters, beginning with exploration and moving into navigation, conquest, and eventually, a return to the place where the journey began.

The latter materializes with two cigars in the ADVentura The Royal Return collection: The Royal Return King's Gold and The Royal Return Queen’s Pearls. These cigars are positioned as ADVentura's most luxurious offerings; in other words, after conquering foreign land, gold is brought back to the king, and pearls are brought to the queen. With The Royal Return Queen’s Pearls cigar, the blend includes a stunning Connecticut Shade wrapper, an Ecuadorian binder, and a diverse filler of Dominican, Ecuadorian, and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Additionally, the leaves have been aged for five years prior to be rolled, and an additional four months' age post roll.

It almost goes without saying, the The Royal Return Queen’s Pearls is a regal smoking experience. Enthusiasts can expect a medium body, with long-lasting flavors of Nilla wafers, buttered toast, citrus rind, clean sage, and black tea.
