Vintage Rock-A-Feller Cigars' collection is as American as the Rockefeller family themselves, offering three blends bound in red, white, and blue. In cigar terms, this includes the Rock-A-Feller Vintage Maduro (red), Rock-A-Feller Vintage Habano (white), and Rock-A-Feller Vintage Connecticut (blue).
Each of the company's core Nicaraguan blends are rolled at the American Caribbean Tobacco factory, located in Estelí, Nicaragua. For the Rock-A-Feller Vintage Habano cigar, the blend makes use of an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, allowing for a classic, zesty experience that sits nicely between the darker Red Label maduro and milder Blue Label Connecticut. This Habano leaf surrounds an Ecuadorian binder and fillers from Nicaragua's Estelí, Jalapa, and Ometepe growing regions. I was able to pick up cream and lemon in the first 2/3rds with some light pepper notes at the end. I first tried this through the COTM club and have since bought more. It is on my list to be a box buy, and is in my opinion a great value!
