Truth be told, the Vegas Cubanas was among the first cigars crafted by José “Pepín” García after he emigrated to the U.S. in the early 2000s. Sadly, the line was later phased out as the company's portfolio grew. But demand for the Vegas Cubanas continued, and the Garcías brought the blend back to market in 2017, now being rolled at the family's juggernaut of a factory, located in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The My Father Vegas Cubanas cigar consists of a classic Corojo wrapper and all-Nicaraguan binder/fillers from the country's Estelí and Jalapa regions. Staying true to the original, the My Father Vegas Cubanas is full in flavor and affordable in price, allowing for dependable smoking experiences on the regular. Expect a medium-plus body and easily enjoyable flavors of cedar, white pepper, cabinet spices, and sweet wafer through the finish.
