God of Fire Serie Aniversario
It’s well known that the Fuente family makes some of the finest, luxurious, exquisite cigars in existence—even when comparing their Cuban neighbors. It then comes as no surprise when Prometheus tasked the Fuentes with crafting their special 10th anniversary blend of their famed God of Fire cigar series.
A keen eye will notice the cigars are arriving over a year passed their target launch date. This is due to the devastating fire that occurred in one of the Fuente factories in 2012, destroying some very valuable vintage tobaccos. Nonetheless, these specially blended smokes are now available while supplies last.
Here you will find a similar blend to the original Don Carlos edition of the GOF cigars, though with upgraded, more premium tobaccos. A dark, golden Ecuadorian wrapper envelops a filler/binder blend of ultra-premium Dominican tobacco. The cigars have then been expertly rolled in an intricate figurado/salomon vitola. Each of the 3 sizes boasts its own unique profile, ranging from nuts, floral, and dense, full body (GOF 54) - to smooth, sweet, and aromatic (GOF 56) - and finally, peanut butter, black pepper, and a savory meatiness (GOF 60).
