Cavalier Genéve Black II

Cavalier Genève Black Series II follows on the heels of Cavalier Genève's first two fan-favorite releases, Cavalier Genève White Series and Cavalier Genève Black Series. As with the aforementioned cigars, the Black Series II is quick to stand out in the humidor, as this fine tuned specimen boasts a diamond-shaped 24K gold leaf front and center as the cigar's flashy band.

The gold band is indeed smokable (believe us, it ain't hard to nub this beauty!), but it's the complex journey that will leave a lasting impression on the palate. With the Black Series II, company owner, Sebastien Decoppet, has opted for the sought-after flavor characteristics of the dark and oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper. This leaf surrounds Nicaraguan Habano leaf throughout the binder and filler, being rolled at the boutique-minded San Judas Tadeo factory in Honduras. As a final touch, Black Series II is box-pressed, offering a comfortable feel and a cool smoking temperature. This paves the way for smooth and medium-bodied complexities of toasted oak, earth, roasted nuts, punchy cinnamon through the retrohale, and dark stone fruit on the finish.
